Self-Esteem

You don’t have to keep proving that you’re enough.

Build a more compassionate relationship with yourself, trust your own judgment, and feel more confident in who you are.

Understanding Self-Esteem

The way you see yourself can shape so much of your life, from the relationships you pursue to the opportunities you allow yourself to take. You might find yourself second-guessing your decisions, comparing yourself to others, or feeling like no matter how much you accomplish, it's never quite enough.

Maybe you're quick to criticize yourself, struggle to accept compliments, or worry that others will see you differently if you let your guard down. Even when things are going well, it can be difficult to feel confident in who you are or believe that you're enough just as you are.

In therapy, we'll explore where these beliefs about yourself come from and how they may be influencing the way you think, feel, and move through the world. Together, we'll work to challenge your inner critic, recognize patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and develop a more balanced and compassionate relationship with yourself. The goal isn't to convince yourself that you're perfect, but to help you see yourself more clearly, trust your own judgment, and feel less defined by your mistakes or other people's opinions.
