SERVICES
Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you build a life that feels steadier and more aligned with who you want to be. I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping the work human and personal. Whether you are navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, our sessions will center on understanding what you’re carrying and finding healthier ways to move forward.
I provide individual therapy for adults in New York and New Jersey. Sessions in New York are available both in person and virtually. Sessions in New Jersey are offered virtually only.

My approach is warm, direct, and rooted in the belief that you are capable of far more than you give yourself credit for. I specialize in empowerment and unconditional self-efficacy, and I help clients learn to view themselves through a lens that supports rather than limits them. It’s not the situation itself that creates emotional discomfort, but the meaning we attach to it. Together we work on reframing those internal interpretations so they no longer block your ability to enjoy life and care for yourself with compassion.
Clinically, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches. This allows me to tailor treatment to your goals and create a space where we can work on both practical skills and deeper emotional insight. You’ll get a combination of grounded guidance, honest feedback, and steady encouragement as you move toward creating a life that feels more fulfilling.

I support clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem, sobriety, and life transitions. Many people seek therapy because they feel disconnected from themselves or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My goal is not only symptom relief but helping you build confidence, resilience, and the ability to connect to your life in a healthier, more meaningful way.

If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right fit, I offer a 15-minute consultation so you can get a feel for the process and ask questions. Sessions are 55 minutes. Most clients start weekly or biweekly, and we adjust together as therapy progresses. Some prefer short-term, goals-focused work, while others benefit from a longer, evolving process. As you improve, sessions may naturally shift from weekly to biweekly, then monthly, and eventually as-needed.
I do not formally discharge clients, so you always have a place to return to. We will pace the work in a way that supports your growth and comfort.
