You Deserve Support, Too
When you spend your days caring for others, it can be difficult to turn that care inward.
You help others navigate their anxiety, build confidence, and work through their struggles. But what happens when you're the one struggling?
You deserve a space where you don't have to be the expert, have all the answers, or be the strong one.
You know the skills. So why is it still so hard?
Are you a therapist who struggles with anxiety? Do you feel ashamed because you think you should be able to handle it on your own? Do you wish you could trust yourself more and feel confident in the way you navigate your own life?
I work with therapists who spend their days helping others feel more confident while quietly doubting themselves. When you're used to being the person others turn to, giving yourself permission to be the client can feel surprisingly difficult.
You don't have to keep figuring it all out on your own.
Understanding yourself on a deeper level
Our childhood experiences shape the beliefs we carry into adulthood, influencing how we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to life's challenges.
Through deeper exploration of these beliefs and patterns, we can begin to understand the roots of your self-doubt and develop a more trusting relationship with yourself. The goal is to help you build confidence that holds up on the hard days, too.
Bridging the gap between knowing and feeling
You already know the coping skills. You understand how they're supposed to work. And yet, when it comes to your own life, there can be a gap between knowing what helps and being able to access it.
My approach goes beyond the insight you already have. Through thoughtful, explorative conversations, we work to understand the patterns, emotional blocks, and internal dynamics that shape your experience.
Sometimes, it's not a lack of knowledge or skill that keeps you stuck. It's the deeper experiences and internal pressures that make those skills difficult to access when you need them most.
Together, we work toward a deeper understanding of yourself so that the tools you already know can become more accessible, meaningful, and useful in your everyday life.
A space where you get to be human, too.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reflect honestly, and explore the parts of yourself that often get overlooked while you're caring for everyone else.
You don't need more pressure to do everything right. You deserve the opportunity to understand yourself, work through what feels difficult, and create change that feels genuine and sustainable.
